Catalog Desk

Messy supplier files in.
Import-ready product data out.

Catalog Desk repairs product catalogs for small wholesale and ecommerce distributors. The spreadsheets and PDFs your suppliers send become clean, checked files your store can actually import.

Pilot: $250 flat for up to 100 titlesFixed scope, quoted up front. Larger catalogs quoted the same way.

How it works

1

Send the file as-is

Supplier spreadsheet, PDF price list, whatever arrived. No cleanup needed on your side.

2

We repair and reconcile

Titles, formats and units normalized. Duplicates removed. Price and spec changes flagged against your last version.

3

You get a file you can use

An import-ready file, a change log, and a source link for every row. You review exceptions before anything touches your store.

What we will not do

Nothing is invented. Dimensions, prices and specs come from your supplier's documents, never generated. If a value is missing, it gets flagged for you, not filled with a guess. Your original files and a full edit log stay with every job.

What you can expect

A real look at the work before you send anything.

The full sample is 25 records with a change log and a source link on every row. It uses a public-domain ebook catalog, and we staged the messy input ourselves, so it shows how the repair works, not a real client's data. Anything we could not confirm from the source (ISBN, stock, cost, rights outside the US) is listed as unknown, not filled in.

Pilot price: $250 flat for up to 100 titles.

See it before you pay for it

We are a new desk, so the first sample is free: send 25 items from one supplier catalog and get back a before-and-after repair, with the change log. If the sample doesn't earn the job, it costs you nothing.

Pilot: $250 flat for up to 100 titles, one revision round included.Fixed scope: the titles named up front. Price rules matched to your import rules.
